school days.

We made it through the first week, and are starting week two. It was tough. I won't lie. Last Tuesday Noah started Gen-ed Kindergarten and I nearly passed out dropping him off. I adore his teacher, but I knew it was in his hands. I know he can do it. I hoped he would be a big boy and put his best foot foward. Outside of one really rough day, he's done great. The teacher said the kids had a lot of questions about why he does things differently, but it has settled down now and he's just one of the kids. I want to tell the teacher how thankful I am for her. Thankful that she cares for Noah and treats him like every other student. Thankful that she calls me on a Sunday to make sure I'm okay with how things are going. She is a blessing.

I am taking everything one day at a time.

Reese started the day after Noah and the tears were flowing. My baby! My baby! She did great. She is such a big, brave girl.

Noah had a nose injury prior to the first day. Poor guy.

Noah's teacher. Always reassuring me. Love her.

And she loves him.

Big girl.

I didn't want to let her go. :(

While others cried for mommy and daddy, Reese sat and smiled. :)

A typical first day of school. Dad is all smiles, comforting mom.
