love it.

here are some of my most recent faves (in no particular order):

• cover girl (yes, the same cover girl we haven't bought since high school) mascara. It's called Lashblast Volume Blasting Mascara. Don't be afraid of the cheesy packaging and scary wand. I used Prescriptives False Eyelashes before this and this is so much better-- and you can get it at Target!
• Foogo or FUNtainer both made by thermos. Safe, durable, easy-- love them.
• the steel summer dishes from pottery barn. they come in colors, they are dishwasher safe, kids can't break 'em and contain no pvc. AND... they're on sale right now! I got small plates and bowls for my kiddos.
• ZonePerfect Chocolate Peanut Butter Nutrition Bar. Seriously, you can't convince me it's not candy.
• The time-timer (www.timetimer.com). Whoever thought of this thing is my hero. It's a timer for anyone who can't tell time. It shows a red area and when the red is gone the time is up. I use this thing for everything with my kids! When the red is gone we "go to school", "stop watching tv" or "go to bed." Noah especially understands it and it gives him the concept of time because truthfully "10 minutes" means absolutely nothing to him.
• tmz. can't help it-- it's my vice. Juicy goodness.
• CHI. I would give up bread before I gave up my Chi. whoa.
• The recumbent bike at the gym. I don't like the gym. I don't like stationary anything. But this isn't so bad. Okay, maybe not a "love," but it's the best of the worst. Where else can you sit back and read US Weekly while burning 400 calories in less than 45 minutes?
• Frederic Fekkai shampoo and conditioner. It's not a professional line, but it is FABULOUS! I love the pink, Technician line.
• Craigslist. You can find anything (no really, anything) right in your own backyard.
• Germ X wipes. I love, love, love these things! They come individually packaged and feel nothing like the wipes you get with nasty wings. They are not my favorite Lever wipes (which they took off the market-- grrrr) but they are second best. The only place I have found them is Sam's Club. But that works -- I love bulk wipes.
• Baked Tostitos Scoops. Trust me-- they are just as good.
