Yes, i love 90210 (old one best) and while having this photo taken i secretly wanted to scream "DONNA MARTIN GRADUATES!" ...but I held back. What a wonderful husband I have. He knows I obsess, err...admire, over TS. He worked it out at HSN so I was able to meet her after one of her shows. This is very rare down there... they like to remain professional and don't do autographs, etc. And let's face it, I can be a loose cannon. Joe put a lot of faith in me and yes, I did hold back. It was sort of tough! When she was coming down the hallway (with no "team" I might add-- just her bff) the panic began. What do I ask? Is it a shake or a hug? I want to smile but I fear the "stupid camera smile" that I always do. Don't say 'I'm your biggest fan' and for the love of god, don't call her Donna.
Ok, let's state the obvious. Standing next to her I look ghostly pale (although she did kind of have an orange glow about her), appear to have the smallest lips and eyes on the planet... and just look BIG. She sort of disappeared when she turned to the side. She is probably one of the smallest adults I have ever, ever seen (excluding her chest and head). :)
She was exhausted and I would expect that she would be really rude. I ambushed her in the hallway of hsn as she tried to scurry to her green room, after all. But she was very kind. And when all was said and done, I was shaking and perhaps needed some oxygen.
And yes, I ordered Tori's Today's Special (the necklace she's wearing)-- it's actually pretty fabulous!
