heartwarming teacher.

after the open house when I almost (but not quite) made it out the door without a tear (ok, a lot of tears), I sent a note to noah's teacher apologizing. I hate getting emotional!

This was her note back:

As I watched you and Joe last night, I stepped back and remembered why I am a teacher. I love your son and will do everything in my power to help fulfill your dreams for him.

I am very excited that you volunteered and we will start volunteers at the end of this month.

Dawn used to live in our neighborhood and knows us and remembers Noah from when she lived here. I thought her message back was the print-and-save kind. Made my heart happy.
