gotta plug this company. was looking for shoes for noah to wear with his braces. here's why i heart zappos:

1. user friendly site. simple. easy.
2. 24/7 help, live, on the site (this feature is always my favorite-- I need help often!)
3. free shipping to me. free shipping back to them (if I return)
4. you can return anything up to 30? nope. 60? nope. 365 DAYS! --for any reason.
5. look at their brand, their blog, their company-- young, energetic and forward thinking.
6. when i was looking for the Naughty Monkey Double Dare (yes, I love them) shoes in red they actually had them (when no one else did)! but then i realized that Naughty Monkey doesn't have "wide" shoes. shucks.

Next time you need clothes, shoes, whatever you must check Zappos. just fabulous.
