- Reese said "bless you Mommy" when I sneezed yesterday (unprompted). awww.
- Noah went to the doctor a couple days ago as he is still getting over a cold (welcome back to school). He had no infections (hooray!) and the appointment was relatively quick. But because we were the last appointment of the day no one was in the waiting room behind the desk. As we were walking out of the exam room I was talking to the doctor still and Noah ran ahead. I could hear him talking (but this is not all that uncommon-- he talks whether someone is there to listen or not). The phone rang and rang and rang and then stopped. uh-oh. I ran out and saw him behind the desk (where the administrative assistants/receptionists sit). And yes, the phone was in his hand and he kept repeating "hi, my name is noah" ahhhhhhhhhh! I grabbed the phone to hear someone saying "hello?!Hello?!" And of course I did what any panicking mother would do-- hung up fast and ran for the car! :) I loved it-- chuckled to myself the whole way home.
- Reese is obsessed with Dora's little brother and sister (the twins). Wait-- obsessed may not be strong enough. She believes these are her children. She does take very good care of them. They each have their own blanket and pacifier. They sleep with her, eat with her and she walks them in her stroller. Yesterday at the toy store she told me she needed the cradle for her babies... it was a full size one for newborns. She's always thinking of the best interest of her babies. :) And yes, she thinks they cry if she drops them or they fall. She says they need boo-boo stickers and she will rock and hug them. Girls are just a hoot!
- Noah's teacher told me the other day that Noah is one of the most polite children in her class. Of course I was so happy. She said rarely do we see a child that says "please", "thank-you", "excuse me" and "sorry" without prompt. I took it as a compliment. Love it.
- Reese is a cake-aholic. Don't say the word, don't even discuss it and under no circumstances leave it out for her to see. The girl will lose it until she get's some. And no, she will not wait for you to get the knife if you leave it on the table. :)
Wanted to write these before I forgot them--random things lately that I just love.

Aww. Love the dolly story, and LOVE that Noah introduced himself over the phone. What a helpful gentleman :)
